The build
A computer-science foundation made software systems legible. Design added the more difficult question: what happens when a person has to work inside one?
I moved into operational product design—dense workflows, real constraints and interfaces where clarity affects someone’s working day.
On a cloud manufacturing execution system, I moved from designer to product owner. I wrote the specification, shaped the roadmap and governed the design system.
Today I carry the work further: prototyping and shipping front ends in Next.js and TypeScript, including a hotel-operations working prototype.
